by Tang Wai Keng Visit Date:June 11, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Breakfast was a little boring as selection is limited. Also, there were some hiccups when checking out as my bill reflected extra bed and breakfast which was a mistake and hence, delay the checkout process. Wifi is not free (at 100Baht an hour). Overall, stay was pleasant and will go back again." |

by Stephan Hesselgen Visit Date:February 7, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Very nice hotel with perfect location right beside Youngceylon shopping center. Excellent breakfirst. Please note that the hotel is divided in two building- one towards the beach & Bangla road and the other (called lakeside ) is further inland but has the gym and the larger pool facility inside." |

Mocktails on arrival, friendly helpful staff. well appointed rooms. fabulous pool. great location, walking distance to everything, bangla rd, Jungceylone shopping centre at back door. and yet very quiet. would definitely stay again" |
by Ho Wai Khuen Visit Date:November 27, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We were very pleasantly surprised to be granted room upgrade upon check-in. Overall we had a GREAT experience, hotel staff were very friendly, provided very good and prompt service with personal touch. They responded to all our requests in a very prompt manner - very impressive!" |
by Wong Sing Choon Visit Date:October 10, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Good location and reasonable price (base on low season). Very near action packed Bangla Rd, and about 15mins walk to the beach. Room is big and facilities generally good. Buffet breakfast is the same for the 4 days I stayed there. Shopping is ok, but generally similar to city like shopping malls. Phi Phi island is a must-visit!!But try to arrange for a day or two stay at Phi Phi. It is ok to miss Phang Nga bay as it is generally a boat ride and meal at gypsy village (simply exorbitant price!!). There is an authentic small restuarant near hotel next to Bangla rd called No.6 restuarant which serves cheap and clean Thai food. Beer lovers haven in Patong!!" |

by Ko Kwee Kee Visit Date:September 7, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "There are 2 wings to this hotel. We were staying at the beachside wing, which was nearer to the main streets of Patong. Staff were courteous, Rooms extremely spacious. Good place to stay." |
Very good as usual, March 25, 2009 by Ng Wai Yin Visit Date:March 22, 2009 "We were upgraded from Superior to Deluxe upon check-in. That was very good since we had two kids with us. The hotel is next to Jungceylon shopping mall and near to entertainment, food and about 5 mins by tuk tuk to the beach. We took the lakeside wing which was much quieter but just a bit further from the main road. They do have available rides from hotel to the main road for free. In general, the service is fantastic and the location of the hotel is ideal. Will stay again the next time for sure." |
flawless as usual, February 25, 2009 by Claude Martin Visit Date:February 22, 2009 "Great 5 star hotel. Excellent location near the nightlife and short walk to the beach. A quiet oasis in Patong. Stayed in the Cabana room and was exactly as pictured." |
Excellent support and prompt reply. Highly recommendable., November 15, 2008 by Tay Swee Leong Kelvin Visit Date:November 12, 2008 "Great location, great room (deluxe), fantastic pool, A1 service. Except for the mosquito problem at the lobby." |
November 5, 2008 by Michael Joseph Holland Visit Date:October 30, 2008 "Was quite surprised at the size and comfort of the room, given the rate. Of course, it was a low season rate, but even at high season prices, this is a nice hotel. It s part of the large Jungceylon shopping mall, which has several nice restaurants, and can be an interesting place for an evening stroll. It is several blocks from the beach, so consider that when thinking about this hotel.Rooms on the second floor have rather large balconies, which can be good for drying out scuba gear. :-)" |
Great and very convenient., September 29, 2008 by CHEW ENG WOOI Visit Date:September 15, 2008 "The hotel is nice with good service and very well located in Patong. We had a great time shopping in Jungceylon Shopping Center which is connected to the hotel. Great shopping and entertaiment for local favorites like T-shirts, Leather goods and pubs within 2 km radius from the hotel and walking to Patong beach is just 5-10 minutes away. The rooms are well furnished and clean...real 5 star" |
