by Tang Wai Keng Visit Date:June 11, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Breakfast was a little boring as selection is limited. Also, there were some hiccups when checking out as my bill reflected extra bed and breakfast which was a mistake and hence, delay the checkout process. Wifi is not free (at 100Baht an hour). Overall, stay was pleasant and will go back again. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |

by Stephan Hesselgen Visit Date:February 7, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Very nice hotel with perfect location right beside Youngceylon shopping center. Excellent breakfirst. Please note that the hotel is divided in two building- one towards the beach & Bangla road and the other (called lakeside ) is further inland but has the gym and the larger pool facility inside. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |

Mocktails on arrival, friendly helpful staff. well appointed rooms. fabulous pool. great location, walking distance to everything, bangla rd, Jungceylone shopping centre at back door. and yet very quiet. would definitely stay again" |
by Ho Wai Khuen Visit Date:November 27, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We were very pleasantly surprised to be granted room upgrade upon check-in. Overall we had a GREAT experience, hotel staff were very friendly, provided very good and prompt service with personal touch. They responded to all our requests in a very prompt manner - very impressive! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
by Wong Sing Choon Visit Date:October 10, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Good location and reasonable price (base on low season). Very near action packed Bangla Rd, and about 15mins walk to the beach. Room is big and facilities generally good. Buffet breakfast is the same for the 4 days I stayed there. Shopping is ok, but generally similar to city like shopping malls. Phi Phi island is a must-visit!!But try to arrange for a day or two stay at Phi Phi. It is ok to miss Phang Nga bay as it is generally a boat ride and meal at gypsy village (simply exorbitant price!!). There is an authentic small restuarant near hotel next to Bangla rd called No.6 restuarant which serves cheap and clean Thai food. Beer lovers haven in Patong!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |

by Ko Kwee Kee Visit Date:September 7, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "There are 2 wings to this hotel. We were staying at the beachside wing, which was nearer to the main streets of Patong. Staff were courteous, Rooms extremely spacious. Good place to stay. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
Very good as usual, March 25, 2009 by Ng Wai Yin Visit Date:March 22, 2009 "We were upgraded from Superior to Deluxe upon check-in. That was very good since we had two kids with us. The hotel is next to Jungceylon shopping mall and near to entertainment, food and about 5 mins by tuk tuk to the beach. We took the lakeside wing which was much quieter but just a bit further from the main road. They do have available rides from hotel to the main road for free. In general, the service is fantastic and the location of the hotel is ideal. Will stay again the next time for sure. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
