"Good location where it is near and easy access to lot of tourist attraction such as Hellfire pass, Krasae Cave ( part of Death Railway ) and Erawan waterfall. We stay in the float house which cater for 4 person. The overall resort view is better than the river view that I could see from my room balcony.The Tv program is very dry and wifi connection only available at reception area. A minitrain tour ( twice a day )by the resort which cost 20 baht per person is worth trying. The tour will bring you to the resort deer park on site which is free access for the resort guest. "There is a problem with music late at night which makes it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning units are very noisy. A kettle and coffee in the room would be good. W-fi should be automatic. Staff need to have better English." | ||

"Nicely located near the river kwai bridge ( 5 minutes walk ). The room kinda small , but clean. They hotel pays lots of attention to small deatail that my leave great impression for the gusts. For example, nice cold towles every time you come from outside handed to you. Your bed sheets and bath towles smell great and feel soft. Whenever you face a member from the hotel staff , or even the gardener , greets you with great smile and welcome. "This is a really pleasant resort where a significant amount of thought has been placed on getting both the essential and the small things right. superb staff who for us went out of their way to assist, particularly for one of our party who has ceoliac disease, and relies upon restaurant staff being willing to amend or adapt menus. The location is not quite alone on the river, but it s very pretty, great rooms, and wonderful for a relaxing break." | ||

First surprise front desk people can hardly say a few words in English. Second surprise free Internet for only 3 hours a day. This was never disclosed by Sawadee nor the hotel and amounts to misrepresentationAwful hand basin tap which when turned on would spray water all over. Plastic underneath the bed mattress which creaked the whole night long but the paper thin walls and the parties in adjoining rooms BOTH helped in preventing you from sleepingPLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS ?
